GTA 5 for Xbox Series X and PS5 apparently eliminates transbobic content
Rockstar Games fans noticed that the acclaimed developer apparently eliminated the transhobic content of Grand Theft Auto V with the re-launch of Xbox Series X | S and PlayStation 5. The new version of Grand Theft Auto V is not a great leap with respect to the Previous version, but is probably the best way to experience the game of Rockstar. It includes a series of visual improvements, such as new effects, 4K resolution, 60fps and more, but is generally the same game as before. Many were disappointed with the lack of changes and new additions, but it also seems that Rockstar has made a change that did not open openly.
Rockstar Games has apparently eliminated the transhabric content of the game. In previous versions, there were trans caricatures and “drag queens” out of a place called Cockatoo, which is next to the customs of the saints near the house of Michael (through cloud Kirsty). The characters would appear there and the protagonists of the campaign for a player would make comments inappropriate towards them that could be perceived as transhobic. These NPCs and the aforementioned dialogue generated criticism in recent years and some players considered them obsolete. Your NPC still appear in the director mode of the game, which allows players to mount scenes and record videos as they wish. Although this version is only available in the current generation consoles, the ESRB filtered that the new version of GTA 5 is arriving at the PC. We communicate with Rockstar Games for comments, but did not respond in time for publication.
From now on, it is not explicitly clear if they were removed from the game or if they are simply not generated correctly. If they were removed, it is not clear either if it was intentional or an error. Rockstar Games has been known for its avant-garde content, managing to overcome many controversies over the years. Grand Theft Auto V attracted the attention of the main media after its launch by presenting a sequence of playable torture in the campaign, but the mission has remained intact for all its relanches.
