The GTA 6 developer makes fun of the game that is going to be “special”

It has taken a long time, but Rockstar Games confirmed on Friday that the development of Grand Theft Auto 6 is underway. Unfortunately, the company did not offer anything similar to detailed information about the game (including an official name), but the announcement has only generated a lot of emotion. Jim Jagger, Vice President of Animation of Rockstar, commented on the ad on Twitter and, although he did not say much, he mocked that the next entry of the series “will be special”. That is quite cryptic, but it was enough for many fans to get excited even more with the next sequel!

Grand theft auto fanatics have been desperate to get information about GTA 6 for years now. After all, Grand Theft Auto V launched for the first time at PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC in September 2013. Since then, the game has been ported PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and will receive a next-generation update in PS5 and Xbox Series X | S next month. Out of ports, the series fans have only had gta online to keep them busy, and although that game has found a base of passionate and dedicated fanatics, the wait for a completely new GTA game has been distressing. Some fanatics have been more patients than others, but it seems that the finish line is finally in sight.

Of course, Rockstar Games will have a lot of work to fulfill all these years of enthusiasm! In the last eight and a half years, Grand Theft Auto V has become the second best-selling game of all time, with 155 million copies sold in all its various platforms. That is an amazing figure, and the only game that has managed to sell more is Minecraft. The next game will have to be quite special to be up to all that exaggeration, and remains to be seen if or not. GTA 6 You can fulfill that promise!
